Houston Public Library presents An Evening with Author Clifton Truman Daniel, commemorating the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II.
Daniel is the grandson of former President Harry Truman and the author of Growing Up With My Grandfather: Memories of Harry S. Truman and Dear Harry, Love Bess: Bess Truman’s Letters to Harry Truman,
1919 – 1943. Daniel is currently working on a book of the atomic bombings on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
There will be an opportunity to have books signed after the presentation.
