The Houston Public Library presents the 7th Annual Books Alive! Children’s Book Celebration with a full day of exciting performances, hands-on arts and crafts activities, and special appearances. This year’s celebration will feature the award-winning, world-famous author and illustrator Dan Santat.
Santat will discuss and sign his children’s book, The Adventures of Beekle: The Unimaginary Friend. Scheduled to take place prior to the kickoff of the annual Books Alive! Celebration will be a catered lunch for the 50 winners of the Books Alive! contest with Dan Santat.
