Join the Houston Pride Band, under the direction of Jason Stephens, to celebrate music of, by and for Americans in the ensemble's final concert of the 2010-2011 season. The evening's star-spangled program includes classics like John Philip Sousa's Stars and Stripes Forever, Aaron Copland's The Promise of Living and selections from Leonard Bernstein's West Side Story. Also included will be newer works destined to become American milestones like Frank Ticheli's Four Shaker Songs and Julie Giroux's Louisiana Parish Sketches.
