To kick off the ninth annual Fierce and Fabulous All-Star Soiree in September, Tootsies and event chairs Bruce Padilla and Shelby Kibodeaux, will host a night of mingling, refreshments and raffles.
The evening will also include a special recognition of the 2011 Houston PetSet grant recipients.
Houston PetSet is a nonprofit organization that helps abused, abandoned and unwanted animals through education and promotion of a variety of animal welfare issues.
