From Market Square, a board member from the Houston Parks Board will lead a tour that loops along Buffalo Bayou to Shepherd, returning to downtown towards Columbia Tap and connecting to Brays Bayou. Along the way, he'll discuss how the bond vote is the first step in completing this project and where the first dollars will likely be spent.
