Just as the rodeo competitors hone riding skills, approximately 300 cooking teams are polishing their culinary tools and preparing to heat up their own winning run at glory. The World's Championship Bar-B-Que Contest is three days of cooking, competition, eating and dancing. Live musical entertainment is provided at The Miller Lite Stage at The Garden with room for dancing.
Entrance to team and vendor tents is by invitation.
