The Houston Latin American Philharmonic presents its annual "Viva Latin America" as a culmination to Hispanic Heritage Month. The program will include Cuatro Estaciones Porteñas, Tico-Tico, Mi Buenaventura and Tributes to Maria Grever and Simón Díaz. Guest artists include Lorena Eckell, Franklin Paz and Andrea Berri.
The Houston Latin Phil, led by Venezuelan maestro Glenn Garrido, is a professional orchestra that presents full programs of Latin American music.
