Houston Hospice, the oldest, largest, independent, nonprofit hospice in Greater Houston, will present its 20th Annual Butterfly Luncheon.

The featured speaker is New York Times bestselling author Katherine Center. The native Houstonian has penned eight bittersweet novels about love, loss, and resilience, including her 2013 tale, The Lost Husband: A Novel, which was made into a Netflix film. In the compassionate novel, What You Wish For, Katherine encourages readers to find joy on purpose.

The luncheon will have both a livestreaming option and an in-person option. Proceeds from the hybrid event will fund Houston Hospice and its Butterfly Program for pediatric hospice patients and their families.
