Houston Grand Opera presents artists of the HGO Studio performing an intimate program in a gallery of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. The young singers and pianists, among the most talented in the world of opera, will perform works by Mozart, Mahler, Eisler, Haydn, and Messiaen with spoken introductions.
HGO Studio performers include Yelena Dyachek, soprano; Yongzhao Yu, tenor; Sol Jin, baritone; and Blair Salter, pianist. Denise Tarrant, concertmaster of the HGO Orchestra, will perform in the Messaien selection.
