Houston Fit Family Expo is a combination health fair and field day with something for every member of the family. Compete in the Adrenaline Rush inflatable obstacle courses, Bungee Run challenge, Extreme Rock Wall, Gladiator Lazer Tag, sports challenges and more. Attendees can take photos with guest celebrities, professional athletes and children television characters.

Get physically active by jumping into Club Fit as celebrity trainers host live fitness demo's such as Zumba, line dance, Cross-Fit, yoga and boxing. Attendees can also receive personal health screenings, including AIDS and HIV testing, mammogram and prostate exams, athletic physicals, weight loss consultations and an array of other vital health evaluations.

To round out the day, there will be live performances by musical favorites such as We Are Toonz, Kid Ink, Sevyn Streeter, Marsha Ambrosius and K. Michelle.
