The 2017 ExxonMobil Summer Symphony Nights concerts will feature masterpieces of the classical repertoire performed by outstanding soloists (including the Silver Medalist from the 2017 Ima Hogg Competition) and conductors (including Houston Symphony's very own Robert Franz). Meanwhile, Principal POPS Conductor Steven Reineke will be featured in Houston Symphony's annual Independence Day celebration, featuring Sousa, Tchaikovsky and fireworks.

- June 24: Mozart & Dvorak
- June 30: Tchaikovsky & Mendelssohn
- July 1: Brahm's Symphony No. 4
- July 4: Star-Spangled Salute
