Houston Early Music presents Tapestry and Faces of a Woman

Boston-based all-female vocal ensemble Tapestry will close out Houston Early Music's season April 16 with a program entitled Faces of a Woman.

The program features music by and about women and includes a range from medieval ballads to Appalachian folk tunes.

Medieval-fiddle player Shira Kammen will join Tapestry on the program, playing the vielle and harp.
