Houston Civic Symphony presents "Vaughan Williams, Brahms and Debussy"

Houston Civic Symphony

Music Director Brian Runnels will lead the Houston Civic Symphony in this concert featuring violinist Rodica Gonzales and cellist Jeffrey Butler, both of whom are longtime members of the Houston Symphony. The concert will include the Fantasia on a Theme of Thomas Tallis by Ralph Vaughan Williams. Gonzales and Butler will join the orchestra for the Brahms Concerto for Violin and Cello. Concluding the concert will be La Mer by Claude Debussy.
