The Houston Choral Society will feature J. S. Bach’s Magnificat BWV243 for its Saturday evening Christmas concert this season. This concert will be dedicated to the memory of Rich Edyvean, a great lover of Bach’s work.  Complementing this festive masterpiece are a collection of beloved carols and other favorite holiday pieces, including “O Holy Night” and “The Present” as well as our favorite audience participation classic, “The 12 Days of Christmas.”
