eventdetail

This Hands-On Family Festival is a free community celebration of Houston Center for Contemporary Craft's 10th birthday. Families and visitors of all ages are invited to this day of indoor and outdoor creative activities.

Enjoy hands-on craft-making, demonstrations by local artists, musical entertainment, storytelling and new exhibitions in the main galleries. Choose from a variety of local food trucks, refreshments, a beer garden and a cupcake decorating station. In addition to celebrating 10 years in the Museum District, HCCC honors Mayor Annise Parker for her work in keeping the arts free for families in Houston.
