Houston Center for Contemporary Craft and juror Cindi Strauss will host an exclusive tour of the current exhibition, "Sawed, Soldered, Constructed: The Work of Houston Metal Arts Guild," celebrating the talent within HMAG’s membership.
Strauss, co-author of "In Flux: American Jewelry and the Counterculture" (2020) with Susan Cummins and Damian Skinner, will examine and discuss the works she selected for this juried show, as well as highlight some of the processes and techniques of the contemporary jewelry and metalwork on display.
