Ballet at Brasserie du Parc is a prix fixe dinner for people heading to Houston Ballet's performance of  Rock, Roll & Tutus. Ballet-goers can valet park at the French brasserie, located on the ground floor of One Park Place overlooking Discovery Green just across from the George R. Brown, and then walk to the center

The dinner includes three starter items, including a green olive cake with goat cheese and greens, beef tartare or lobster bisque with crab meat. Main course choices include duck leg confit, short ribs has with creamy grits or shrimp risotto. For dessert, one can  have chocolate mousse, crepes with orange and cardamom mascarpone or caramelized apple tarte with ice cream.
