Join Houston Arts Alliance as the Folklife + Traditional Arts program presents its fifth "Voices of the Spirit" concert featuring the sacred music traditions of the Houston region. This year's program includes The Cortez Family (African American a cappella gospel), cantor Daniel Mutlu (cantorial song from the Golden Age of Jewish music), Chandrakantha and David Courtney and ensemble (Hindustani music with sitar, tabla, tanpura and esraj), Danza Chinelos del Estado de Morelos and Banda Viento Morelense de los Hermanos Campos (Central Mexican devotional dance and music).
