Houston Arts Alliance presents Transported + Renewed Silos III: Comunidad & Matriz(x)


Join for the Buffalo Bayou Silos Series finale and closing party for Transported + Renewed at Silos III: Comunidad & Matriz(x), which will feature artist Ramon Barela's project art onto the 60-foot silos and artist Sharon Engelstein's whimsical sculpture Whatever Floats.

In addition, Danza Azteca Taxcayolotl and FrenetiCore Dance will join forces for a series of dance performances. Numerous flow artists including members of MDSO (Mental Dexterity Special Operations) and Agents Cilantro, Ms. YET and Nigel will create a party atmosphere with roaming dance and illuminated float arts. The band Sattellite d'Homme, presented by Lunaface Promotions, will perform unique hip-hip, soul, prog-rock and psychedelic tunes.

In addition, cocktails crafted by Voodoo Queen will be available, as well as bites from Ladybird Food Truck, Eatsie Boys and Pi Pizza food trucks.

Street parking is available on Freund, Kennedy, Live Oak, Middle, N. Live Oak, N. Nagle and N. St. Charles streets.
