Open the door into the world of wine with this beginner wine tasting class. Teaching this class will be instructors from the Texas Wine School who are known for their mix of entertaining and informative anecdotes, dry wit and passion for all things wine. This class will go through the basics of wine, looking at the different styles of wines and some of the classic grape varieties, all while tasting and learning. This class will introduce you to proper serving and storage and some basic wine and food pairing principles.
