The 27th Annual Scholarship Luncheon will bring together women active in Houston Panhellenic and its 22 member groups in recognition of the 2013 Scholarship Winners, who are residents of Harris County. This year's event will feature Rebecca Matthews of Image & Style. President and chancelor of the University of Houston Renu Khator will be the speaker.
