The International House of Blues Foundation joins local Action for the Arts grantees from throughout Houston to celebrate the power and possibility of music at a year-end recital. The Houston Action for the Arts Recital will feature performers from Memorial Elementary School, Chavez High School, Pershing Middle School, Whittier Elementary School, Gardens Elementary School, WALIPP Academy and KIPP Sharpstown.
