Named for Hotel Granduca’s picturesque ballroom Salone Rialto (which also serves as the site of the event), Café Rialto features dinner, dancing, and live entertainment from Bob Henschen and Friends. Guests will be treated to a four-course prixe fixe dinner featuring everything from Chilean Sea Bass with white asparagus and lemon butter sauce to Pollo Milanese with Arugula and Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes.
