Hope Stone celebrates its 20th Anniversary with Collective+Hope, an evening performance of unity and hope, demonstrating we all possess artistry no matter our backgrounds or circumstances. Hope Stone Dance returns to the stage with four community partners from Hope Stone’s arts education program, The Hope Project.

Hope Stone Dance brings back its joyful “squared dancer” (2012), a good ol’ hoedown that joins the performers with music composed and performed by Marc Hennessey; an excerpt from “coolest news on planet earth, chapter 1” (2017), a duet with Brit Wallis and guest artist Christopher Gray (appearing courtesy of Houston Ballet); and the pièce de résistance “steak tartare” (The Cooking Show, 2005) bringing Jane Weiner back to the stage with former company members Susan Blair and Penny Tschirhart.
