Honeyland is a festival celebrating the best of Black expression, where the top restaurateurs, beverage makers, and artists get together to remix, refresh, and create more of what flavors the world.
The festival is led by Food Curator Marcus Samuelsson, world-renowned chef, restauranteur, philanthropist; Spirits Curator Fawn Weaver, owner of Uncle Nearest Whiskey, entrepreneur, and investor; and Houston Ambassador Tobe Nwigwe, multi-hyphenated artist, visionary, and hometown icon.
The music side of the event will feature performances by Mary J. Blige, Miguel, Jazmine Sullivan, Tems, Tobe Nwigwe, Lucky Dave, Chloe, Coco Jones, Scarface, Slim Thug, Paul Wall, and more.
On the food side of the event will be demos, samples, and panels featuring Samuelsson, Tabitha Brown, Bun B's Trill Burgers, Ghetto Gastro, Earn Your Leisure, Angela Yee, Kardea Brown, and more.
