Certified Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator and artist Sarah Gish will present a special meditative and centering event. Gish will introduce the Hines Center labyrinth and will provide an introduction to the history of labyrinths and suggested ways to incorporate them into your life.
Each attendee will receive a helpful list of other Houston area labyrinths and a labyrinth walking guide. There will then be an inspirational reading and a group walk. Following the walk, participants are invited to make art in the Center’s art studio. And Sarah will give an introduction to the Hines Center and its interesting history as well as a tour of the building to first time visitors.
