Hats in the Park, benefiting Hermann Park Conservancy, is one of Houston's favorite spring fundraisers. Guests don colorful hats, and for the first time, sip champagne in the Cherie Flores Garden Pavilion in the scenic new McGovern Centennial Gardens. An al fresco luncheon will follow on the expansive Centennial Green. The new Gardens commemorate Hermann Park's 2014 centennial and include a 30-foot garden mount, a rose garden, a family garden and more.

Individual tickets start at $500; tables start at $5,000.
