Fresh, crisp, clean, and herbacious. These are the words the Radio Milano team used for inspiration as they created a tasting menu that is meant to explore herbal styles of cooking. From implementing vegetables in odd ways to seasoning ice cream with something out of the ordinary, they are hoping to push some boundaries (and taste buds).

Seating is limited to 20 seats, so reservations are required.
