The Heights Kids' Day of Music is a music festival all about bringing local music to Houston families. Activities include two stages with performances by local bands and local organizations that bring music to the community; an instrument "petting zoo" allows kids to get an up-close look at band and orchestra instruments; and a "singing station" has opera singers on hand so festival goers can hear the different singing voices and learn about what singing in an opera group is all about.
