The Lymphoma Research Foundation is partnering with Memorial Hermann Cancer Center - Southwest to host a cancer-fighting foods cooking demonstration and tasting event. Attendees will learn how to make four recipes using super foods, including tuna salad, black bean and corn salad, and banana pudding trifle, from registered dietitian Erika Jenschke.
