This Valentine’s Day join The Health Museum for their Love Bugs & Love Bites a Valentine’s feast fit for foodies event, with a three-course meal by Chef David Cordua that mixes delicious cuisine and an elegant ambience. This event is for everyone from the conventional flower-and-dinner kind of couple, to the girl’s night out group, to those who prefer something adventurous and more off the beaten path. We’ve got something to suit your taste. Feel good about partaking in one of the most sustainable proteins on the planet—crickets. Enjoy this fine dining experience that is sure to excite the palate of adventurous foodies and wine lovers. This event will feature a cricket and non-cricket option with each course, optional wine pairings, cocktails and music.

The menu items are the following:

  • Corn & Cricket Arepa: Masa & cricket flour corn cake filled with smoked cricket & huitlacoche, avocado mousse, corn-poblano & cotija cheese.
  • Pan Seared Chicken & Cricket Mole Negro: Cricket seasoned chicken breast, jasmine rice, smoked panela cheese, roasted sweet plantain, Pico de Gallo, queso fresco & cilantro with cricket mole.
  • Dessert Trio: Tres Leches with Chocolate Covered Strawberry, Cricket & Cayenne Chocolate Truffle, Churros with Dulce de Leche.
