At the Health Museum’s latest exhibition, "GEAR UP: The Science of Bikes," museum visitors will learn how bikes work, the history/evolution of the bike, the science and technology behind the machine, and how bikes have impacted our culture. The exhibition includes a diverse collection of historic, peculiar, and all-around amazing bikes, as well as science stations that explore energy, forces and motion, engineering, and material science.
The exhibit is organized by Carnegie Science Center (Pittsburgh) and presented by Sciencenter (Ithaca), and will remain on display through May 19, 2021.
