Cooking Class: Hatch Chiles with a Contemporary Twist

This hands-on class is hosted by Central Market’s catering manager, Kathy Tauber – an avid foodie and chef. The evening features a menu sure to excite any "Chile Head" – from summer squash filled with cheese and peppers and green chile and toasted pine nut couscous to raspberry chile glazed chicken roulades filled with roasted green chiles, mushrooms and goat cheese.

The class is currently full, but the waiting list is open.
