Hannah Bacol Busch Gallery opens Americana Vigor, a photography show on American individualism, spirit and beautiful spaces as part of the FotoFest Biennial. The gallery collaborates with Filipino Young Professionals of Houston to raise awareness about the needs of the Filipino people who were devastated from the Typhoon Haiyan.
The upcoming show features talented emerging artists from around the country, including Robyn Day, Ileana Doble H, Kim Maroon, Ramy Sidarous, Yazon Lo, Sarawut Chutiwongpeti and Emerson Schreiner.
Proceeds from the show will be donated to a mission fund organized to help victims of Typhoon Haiyan.
On view through Oct. 18.
