Appetizer - Onion Crostini
Blanc du Bois caramelized onions topped with fried goat cheese drizzled with Blanc du Bois Dry Honey atop fresh crostini.
Main Fare - Mediterranean Chicken
Seared chicken breast topped with artichoke hearts, roma tomatoes, fresh basil and feta cheese over a bed of tri-color orzo pasta in a rich Blanc du Bois butter sauce.
Dessert - Lemon Rosemary Flan
Fresh house made flan with lemon zest and rosemary straight from the Haak herb garden, paired with a special cocktail.
A fish entree may be substituted for the chicken dish in observance of Lent.
