The Fit & Fun Fair returns to Grand Central Park with exercise classes and more. Attendees will discover many ways to keep their fitness goals on track as well as opportunities to indulge in goat yoga, Zumba and boot camp classes.
The cost of the goat yoga class is $10. Zumba and boot camp are free. Pre-registration is recommended as space is limited, but everyone can enjoy a DJ, kids’ activities, games, health screenings, vendors, and a food truck. More than 20 local health vendors and hospitals will be participating.
