The event includes tips from experts in health and fitness; celebrity guest speaker Cynthia Bailey from The Bailey Agency and The Real Housewives of Atlanta; panelists Terry the Trainer, Renee Rivellini and Crystal Wall; a "get fit" market with apparel, merchandise, beauty products and live fitness demos; a Get Fit or Get Fat spring collection fashion show; and door prizes and giveaways throughout the evening.
A portion of the event proceed will benefit Kids' Meals Houston.
