Gente de Teatro
Fuga (Escape), a comedy of errors with a superb text and a very fast-moving dialogue, has been one of the biggest hits on the Madrid stage for the last couple of seasons. Fuga tells the story of a Spanish government secretary who resigns his post after a scandal becomes public. At that critical moment, someone happens to knock on his door, which welcomes a bevy of unusual characters.
Their interactions give rise to a series of complicated incidents and double-entendres. A witty dialogue and a touch of mystery add head-spinning twists and turns to the plot.
Jordi Galcerán is also the author of The Grönholm Method (2003).
