Champagne & Chocolat Scholarship Gala is a black-tie optional, Moulin Rouge-themed affair, filled with elegance, romance and philanthropy, featuring a champagne reception, epicurean dinner, silent & live auction, CanCan entertainment, live music, dancing and a dessert buffet of endless petit fours, cakes and chocolates.

Proceeds benefit the Gaston LeNôtre Scholarship Foundation, a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization that supports high quality education in the hospitality industry. Their mission is to provide tuition scholarships to deserving students, who aspire to a rewarding career in the culinary arts.
