Garett Leight, son of Oliver Peoples founder Larry Leight, started his own optical line recently with the goal of "creating beautiful eyewear for people who need and appreciate it." Mortar will now be one of only eleven Garrett Leight stockists in the United States. To celebrate, Leight is coming in all the way from Venice, Ca. to help host a launch party on June 17, 6-10 p.m. Expect a fun fashionable crowd, amicable mingling, nibbles and trendy drinks.
