A wide selection of books and plants will be offered at bargain prices at the upcoming Plant and Book Festival, in aid of the Harris County Spring Branch-Memorial Library. There also will be a silent auction for rare and first edition books and a sale of coupons for area businesses. Sweet Tomatoes will provide free refreshments.
Proceeds from the festival, hosted by Friends of Spring Branch-Memorial Library, will be used to buy materials and enhance the library.
