Fresh Arts hosts its Eighth Annual Winter Holiday Art Market (WHAM), a juried art sale and citywide celebration of talented and diverse Houston artists. WHAM offers a wide variety of art and specialty items made by more than 60 local artists of all disciplines, including painting, sculpture and photography, as well as jewelry, clothing, accessories and more.
