Fresh Arts will present its 11th Winter Holiday Arts Market (WHAM), a three-day juried art sale and citywide celebration of Houston artists. WHAM offers a wide variety of art and specialty items hand-made by over 90 local artists.

The market will kick of with the WHAM Preview & Ugly Sweater Party on November 18, followed by the market on November 19 and 20.
