The kick-off concert of the French Cultures Festival celebrating French culture in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. In March, on the occasion of Francophonie, the French Cultural Service in Houston organizes the French Cultures Festival in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. A kick-off concert launches the Festival, featuring two French bands.
