The Houston-Nice Sister City Committee hosts its Fourth Annual Celebration of the "Carnaval de Nice" (Mardi Gras). Guests can enter to win a costume contest and earn the coveted title of King of Five Continents, though themed attire is not required to attend the event. A raffle, prizes, cash bar and hors d'oeuvres round out the evening.
