Brennan's of Houston hosts an evening with Freeman Winery showcasing executive chef Danny Trace's Texas Creole cuisine paired with the winery's vintages of 2007 and 2009 along with current vintages of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Guests will enjoy a five-course menu highlighting seasonal flavors. Owner of Freeman Winery, Ken Freeman, will speak with guests about his Russian River Valley, Calif., winery and the offerings he selected to pair with the cuisine for the evening.
