When it comes to big sandwiches, there are few larger than the Zombie Banh Mi. Skillfully prepared by the chefs at Cafe TH, the 4.75 pound monster is filled with every ingredient the restaurant has to offer including spicy jalapeno peppers, cilantro, eggs, pork meatballs, pate, steamed pork, bacon, char-grilled chicken, char-grilled pork and more — all of it topped off with tongue-scorching ghost chili oil Sriracha sauce.

Eight competitors, including competitive eaters, professional wrestlers, athletes and sideshow performers, will go head-to-head to try and finish the sandwich in 30 minutes.

This is the fourth year for the event. Come early to enjoy the DJ, food trucks and plenty of beer. Tickets are just $1 and are available at Cafe TH.
