Affordable crawfish steaming with flavor is at the heart of this event, alongside live music from local talent and national bands such as Cajun singer Wayne Toups, who will headline the stage lineup on Saturday evening.
Crawfish will be sold at $3.50 per pound in cooking units that will be able to produce 6,000 pounds of boiled crawfish per hour. Organizers pledge to wave bye-bye to long lines. That means more crawfish in your belly — isn't that the whole point anyway?
