Four Seasons Hotel Houston’s Executive Chef Maurizio Ferrarese will join James Beard nominee Chef Hugo Ortega, Houston firefighters and a host of other notables for Fired Up Houston, a one-of-a-kind fundraiser at the Houston Fire Museum.
Benefiting the Houston Fire department and Fire Museum, guests can sip on a myriad of imaginative libations and dine on Mexican and Italian street food from celebrated chefs Ortega and Ferrarese. There will be a hot sauce showdown, live entertainment and the chance to win big-ticket raffle items including getaways to Four Seasons properties nationwide and dinners at Quattro, Hugo’s, Backstreet Café, and Caracol. Guests will also be invited to challenge firefighters in a series of games including Beat the Firefighter.
Due to parking limitations at the museum, guests have the option of meeting in the lobby of Four Seasons Hotel Houston at 6:30 p.m. and have complimentary transport to and from the museum – and goody bags to boot. There will be special surprise guest appearances during the evening and a tribute to those who served the country during the 9/11 terrorist attack.
Advance reservations are required.
