The Food Fight Against Cancer is an event that unites Houston's world-class cancer care with its restaurant culture to give the gift of health and hospitality. For one night, Sparrow Bar + Cookshop, The Hippo Kitchen, Sorrel Urban Bistro, Radical Eats and The Pass & Provisions will come together to showcase delicious, cancer-fighting foods.

Each restaurant will create a special dish comprised of ingredients that are known to fight cancer and alleviate the many side effects of treatment and provide samples of that dish to ticket holders. Food Fight guests will determine the winner of The Food Fight Against Cancer by voting on the tastiest dish.

Proceeds will be used to provide nourishing, health-supportive meals for out-of-town visitors living at the Halo House, a nonprofit organization that provides affordable housing to blood-cancer patients during their treatment.
